Description of Service

PhlexPhit is a fitness and nutrition tracking platform that provides:

• Water, protein, and calorie tracking
• BMI calculation and fitness goal setting
• Food product barcode scanning and nutritional ratings
• Local gym discovery and cost comparison
• Social community features

User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use PhlexPhit
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• You may delete your account at any time through Settings

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create, including posts and comments. By posting content, you grant PhlexPhit a license to display and distribute that content within the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or infringe on others' rights.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or harmful content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Collect or store personal data about other users

Third-Party Services

PhlexPhit integrates with third-party services including:

• Open Food Facts: For product nutritional data
• USDA FoodData Central: For US grocery product nutritional data
• Gym listings: Information may come from third-party sources

We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data or the availability of third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhlexPhit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or health outcomes.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (if any).

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting an announcement on the service. Continued use of PhlexPhit after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time through the Settings page.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
